Major Win for NT Killingley at the BALI Awards 2019

NT Killingley are proud to announce that we have been awarded Principal Winner for Soft Landscaping Construction (non-domestic) - Over £500k for our University of Northampton - Waterside Campus project.

Receiving a BALI National Landscape Award is one of the landscape industries' highest accolades and this is the second award we have received in the last 3 years.

​

NT Killingley worked closely with both Bowmer & Kirkland and Kier Construction to deliver an exciting campus for the University of Northampton. This required the local sourcing and then spreading 50,000m3 of multiple growing mediums, supplying and installing 4 ha of wildflower seeding and 2.5 ha of amenity seeding, laying 1.6 ha of amenity turf and 0.8 ha of bespoke grown wildflower turf, and planting 1,100 no. standard trees and semi-mature trees, 100 no. mature trees, and 80,000 no. mixed shrubs, herbaceous, ferns and grasses. This challenging project was undertaken on a constantly developing site.
