Crab Hill, Wantage - New Aerial Footage

Work has been progressing on the St Modwen Developments Crab Hill site at Wantage. Principle contractor NATTA has released new aerial footage which highlights the scale of the project.

 

Once complete, the 227-acre development will include 1500 new houses, a new primary school, open green spaces, sports pitches, community allotments, pub/restaurant and shops, all set around an attractive central park. 

 

NT Killingley has been contracted by NATTA to plant approximately 41,000 trees, 3,700 shrubs, 1,690 linear meters of native hedge mix and 131,400 m2 of seeding followed by a 2-year maintenance programme.
