Project Overview
Securing the boundary, protecting the community
Following a series of design meetings with Brookfield School Direct, Killingley were appointed as Principal Contractor to deliver fencing and associated clearance works at Brookfield School, Chesterfield.
The project aim was clear: prevent unauthorised public access while maintaining the school boundary and providing a secure environment for pupils. The works involved two complementary fencing systems, each selected for its specific security and aesthetic properties.
VMesh fencing was installed to provide visibility, modern design and strength with low maintenance and corrosion resistance. Palisade fencing was used where higher security was required, offering robust steel pales, an anti-climb profile and clear perimeter definition. Site clearance works were completed ahead of installation to prepare the boundary zones.
