What’s the Role?
As a Senior Estimator at Killingley, your core responsibility will be to deliver accurate cost estimates for external works and hard landscaping projects.
You’ll lead by example, mentor junior estimators, and help improve the entire team’s performance. Working with a diverse team of talented professionals, from project managers to suppliers, you will ensure that every project comes in on time, on budget, and with a touch of excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for external works and hard landscaping projects.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and our project teams to keep everything on track and budget compliant.
- Lead and mentor a team of up-and-coming estimators, passing on your knowledge and creating a thriving, collaborative atmosphere.
- Encourage a supportive atmosphere where everyone is motivated to learn, grow, and contribute.
- Use your expertise to identify risks, opportunities, and introduce new ideas and processes that benefit both the team and the business.
