NT Killingley and VBA Remember the Fallen

Bulk earthworks contractor NT Killingley Ltd and VBA observed a 2 minutes silence in remembrance of the fallen at the Paull Holme Strays site in Hull on Friday 09 November. 

 

The ceremony was especially poignant for NT Killingley Site Manager, Mark Moritoboy, who served as a Captain in the British Army and VBA General Forman, Jim Willis, who served in the Royal Marines Commandos.   

 

2018 marks the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Armistice, at the 11th hour of the 11 day in 1918 the battlefields fell silent to signal the end of the First World War.
