Project Greengrass

NT Killingley Ltd is proud to announce our recent contract award for the Soft Landscaping at Project Greengrass, Peterborough for longstanding clients Bowmer & Kirkland Ltd.

 

A prestigious scheme consisting of the construction of a unique headquarters office building for several divisions of British Sugar, a subsidiary business of Associated British Foods.

 

The £230k Soft Landscaping scheme involves installation of a Davies Landscape Architects design and consists of the creation of tree pits within hard landscaped areas, planting of almost 200nr semi-mature trees including 45nr Box Head Carpinus Betulus creating a central boulevard, native tree plots and hedging, 6,000nr ornamental shrubs, amenity seeding and turfing.  

 

Following completion of the works a 24 months maintenance regime will be undertaken.

 

Works are due to be completed Summer 2018.
