Popular Farm Development

NT Killingley Ltd is pleased to announce our recent contract award for the soft landscaping at Poplar Farm Development, Grantham. 

 

The 68ha sustainable urban extension provides around 1,800 new homes together with a Primary School, Community ‘Hub’, local retail and related uses and Green Infrastructure.

 

The £70k scheme involves the landscaping of three open spaces and consists of planting of feature trees, native tree plots and hedging, ornamental shrubs, amenity & wildflower seeding plus the installation of timber knee rail and site furniture.  Following completion of the works a 12 months maintenance regime will be undertaken.

 

NT Killingley have been involved in the scheme, working in tandem with Newline Civils, Leics, for four years undertaking site clearance, seeding, fencing plus the creation of new allotments.

 

Works are due to be completed by Spring 2018.
