Bardon Hill Quarry Extension Landscaping

NT Killingley Ltd is delighted to announce our recent contract award by Aggregate Industries for the landscaping of the extension of their Bardon Hill Quarry site.

 

 

The existing 27-hectare site will be extended over the next two years with around 18.5 million cubic meters of material to be excavated.

 

Works are due to commence September 2017 with a final completion date of Winter 2019. The scheme consists of the planting of 157,000 native trees & shrubs, all individually protected with tubex tree & shrub tubes. Three varying seed mixes will be sown over an area totalling 50 hectares.
