NT Killingley offers a full, professional Landscape Design Consultancy service ranging from initial survey and concept drawing taking into account your requirements and needs through to final consultation, production of both the design and the construction drawings and final cost breakdown.

We are able to cost effectively design your project to ensure you achieve exceptional value for money, with a commitment to produce work of the highest quality.

For small projects these services are in house, but for larger and more complex landscapes we employ our own engineers for surveying the site and a Chartered Landscape Architect we work with throughout the year on a regular basis to provide the additional expertise required. This relationship has resulted in a BALI Principal Award in 2017, demonstrating a great working partnership.

The Process

An initial consultation to establish the scope of the project, from which we can identify your requirements and provide a quotation for the design along with a budget proposal for implementation of the final scheme. We never want to design a scheme you cannot afford to install or way above your budget.

Following acceptance of our quote and proposals we will put the necessary team together to produce your design along with a quotation for the works to be done. This will clearly identify the design principals along with all the plants and materials proposed to create the landscape.

A final meeting to agree and finalise all the detail will be followed by a final agreed lump sum.

After installation, we can offer a full maintenance package and guarantee, or if you wish to maintain it yourself, we can offer a full maintenance schedule, so you can ensure the scheme looks great for years to come. We have extensive experience in schools throughout Derbyshire and Yorkshire as well as large domestic schemes, including country estates.

Our minimum requirement for this whole process is a client budget of at least £30,000.00 for the finished scheme.
