William Sutton entered into a partnering Contract with us to provide environmental improvements to their properties in Sheffield for five years, with an annual spend of around £ 100k.We were not the cheapest tenderer, but our strong track record and previous experience meant that we were chosen for this long term project. This job requires us to liaise with on-site residents and delicately manage the expectations of residents against what the Housing Association has contracted to be carried out.All work is planned to avoid conflict with residents and methods have been employed to ensure that the needs of the users are taken into account during construction work.
